All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You'll receive a tax invoice by email.
Buy a single credit if that is all you need, or a whole fleet's year in one order. For orders over 1,000 credits, we'll call you during business hours, Adelaide time, to confirm the order before your code is sent. Regular buyers and MSPs can ask about account pricing.
The code is delivered instantly once payment is confirmed: on the order page and by email with the tax invoice. If an order may take up to 48 hours, the buy box tells you before you pay and we email the code as soon as it is ready. Orders over 1,000 credits are emailed after our call to confirm them.
One credit gives one device 30 days of RMS Management. Credits are pay as you go: you buy them and assign them to devices as you need to. RMS Connect and RMS VPN use company data, not management time; Teltonika gives every company on RMS the first 5 GB of data free, and a credit can be converted into 2 GB of company data inside RMS.
Teltonika also sells RMS Management packages, prepaid blocks of time for one device, with terms of 3, 5 or 10 years, or 6 or 12 months. Buying 6 or 12 monthly credits for one device typically costs more than the matching package. A package is prepaid time on one device; credits can go to whichever device needs them. A tax invoice from ZenByte Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 38 698 761 956, with the number of credits, the price per credit, the amount ex GST, the GST, and the total paid. It is attached to the order email as a PDF and available again from your account.
