Three steps: choose a number of credits, pay by card, activate the code in RMS. Here is what happens at each one.

Step 1
Pick how many credits you need in the buy box (1 credit or more) and press Buy. On the checkout page enter your email and name (and your business name and ABN for the tax invoice, required from $1,000), then pay by card on Stripe's secure page. Prices are in AUD and the total shown includes GST.
Step 2
Once Stripe confirms the payment, the code appears on the order page in your browser and is emailed to you with the tax invoice attached as a PDF. For orders over 1,000 credits, we call you during business hours to confirm the order first, then email the code.
Step 3
Sign in to RMS, choose Activate code, paste the code. One credit gives one device 30 days of RMS Management. Step by step guide.
One credit code for exactly the number of credits you bought. A code can be activated by any RMS company, not only the company that bought it. Credits are pay as you go: you buy them and assign them to devices as you need to, so a device only uses a credit while it is under management.

For orders of $1,000 or more inc GST the Checkout page asks for your business name and ABN, because Australian tax invoices at that amount must identify the buyer.
If the RMS system does not issue a code when we ask for it, we are alerted and issue it by hand, and we email you to say so; nothing more is needed from you. If an email does not arrive, the code is still on the order page and in your account. For anything else, write to hello@rmscredits.au with your order number.
None is needed to buy. If you sign in with the email you used at checkout, your orders sit in one place where you can show a code again and download the tax invoice. Signing in is an emailed code, no password.
Card payments are taken on Stripe's secure page; we never see your card details. We use your details only for the order. See our privacy policy and terms of sale.
